The erratic behaviour and distorted judgement of these men will inevitably lead to conflict,” said Professor Ian Robertson of Trinity College Dublin and author of“Elon Musk is a very clever, ultra-successful-in-business narcissist, while Trump is a politically successful narcissist.
Trump responded by claiming that Musk had begged him for state subsidies for his electric car business. “I could have said, “drop to your knees and beg”, and he would have done it,” Trump said on his Truth Social site.But both have the ability to forget past differences when it suits their political or business strategies.
