A day after Robert Mueller made his first remarks about the Russia probe, President Trump continued to attack the special counsel
WASHINGTON—President Trump stepped up his attacks on the credibility of Robert Mueller, a day after the special counsel’s comments put the task of assessing Mr. Trump’s conduct in the lap of a Democratic-controlled House, which has been weighing whether to pursue impeachment.
“I think Mueller is a true never-Trumper. He is somebody that dislikes Donald Trump,” the president said as he left the White House for Colorado to speak at the U.S. Air Force Academy graduation.
