Twitter has added fact-checking links to Trump's false tweets about voting by mail

Clicking on the link takes users to a Twitter "Moments" page which includes a section titled, "What you need to know." He added: "The Governor of California is sending Ballots to millions of people, anyone ... living in the state, no matter who they are or how they got there, will get one. That will be followed up with professionals telling all of these people, many of whom have never even thought of voting before, how, and for whom, to vote. This will be a Rigged Election. No way!"
"We're going to watch Pennsylvania," then candidate Trump said in August 2016. "Go down to certain areas and watch and study and make sure other people don't come in and vote five times." However, he later deleted the tweet after observers pointed out that the state had mailed ballot applications, not ballots themselves, to residents. But Trump then doubled down and claimed, again falsely, that even sending absentee-ballot requests was illegal.
