Police in High Springs, Florida, arrested the woman, 36-year-old Kristi Gilley, on an out-of-state fugitive warrant. The children, Brooke, 11, and Adrian, 12, were turned over to the Florida Department of Children and Families to be reunited with their family members,The children had been missing since last March when they were abducted from Clay County, Missouri, near Kansas City.
