Stillwater Capital and Majestic Realty are planning 10 warehouses in two Fort Worth business parks.
The project at W. Risinger Road and I-35W will total almost 936,000 square feet, according to details filed with the state. The Majestic Fort Worth South business park is located near Interstate 20.The developer also has filed plans for three more industrial buildings in its 520-acre Silver Creek Business Park inBased in Los Angeles, Majestic Realty is one of the country’s top industrial builders, with regional offices in Texas, Georgia, Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon and Pennsylvania.
