A 32-year-old man and a 47-year-old woman died Tuesday while incarcerated in the Cuyahoga County Jail, according to officials.

CLEVELAND, Ohio – A man and a woman died Tuesday while incarcerated in the Cuyahoga County Jail, according to county officials and Sheriff Steven Hammett.

Melissa Musson, 47, of Cleveland was found “distressed” in her cell about 5:40 a.m. Musson received emergency medical attention while at the jail. She was later transported to MetroHealth Medical Center, where she pronounced dead.
