Father-of-three Lenny Scott died in hospital after being found with gunshot wounds outside a gym in Skelmersdale in February
Two men have been charged with murder over the death of a father-of-three shot outside a gym. Lenny Scott died after the shooting in Skelmersdale in February.
On Thursday night Lancashire Police confirmed two men have now been charged with Mr Scott's murder. They are due to appear in court on Friday .A Lancashire Police spokesperson said: "We have this evening charged two men with the murder of Lenny Scott. Elias Morgan, 34, of Highgate Street, Liverpool and Anthony Cleary 28, of Smithdown Lane, Liverpool were both charged following consultation with the Crown Prosecution Service.
