The casualties were taken to the Victoria Hospital following the collision on the A915 at 1.20pm on Monday.
Emergency services services were called to the scene between Upper and Lower Largo in Fife at 1.20pm this afternoon.
The drivers of the cars have been taken to Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy.
