Police enquiries into the full circumstances of the crime are ongoing
Two teenagers have been arrested after shots were fired on a major road in what police believe was a "targeted shooting".
There were no reports of any injuries or damage caused in the area after police carried out CCTV, house-to-house and witness enquiries.Last night, police arrested two 19-year-old men from Eastham and New Ferry on suspicion of possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life. Both were taken to a police station in Merseyside and have since been released on bail.
