Police allege the pair are linked to the April 22 slaying of Taon Lamont Cline in Germantown.
The case dates to April 22, when at 10:50 p.m., Montgomery County police were called to the 19500 block of Gunners Branch Road for a reported shooting.
Officers found Taon Lamont Cline, 20, of Frederick, Md., with multiple gunshot wounds. The officers and medics tried to provide medical aid. Cline was pronounced dead at the scene. After identifying the teens as suspects, officers arrested them Tuesday, officials said Wednesday. They described the matter as “an active and ongoing investigation.”
