Crowds poured into Jones Beach on Friday to watch practice runs of the beloved Bethpage Air Show's high-flying fun. GusoffTV reports.
Precision from five branches of service was on display, including the Army Golden Knights parachute team.
"World War I we had, World War II, Vietnam, Iraq. How many friends have we lost?" said Vincent Vega, of Farmingville. A quarter-million visitors are expected at Jones Beach for the air show from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Arrive by 9 a.m. to avoid being shut out, and consider having ear plugs.
