U.S. stocks finished higher on Friday, helping the Nasdaq Composite and S&P 500 clinch their first weekly gain after three weeks of losses. The S&P 500 SPX, +0.67% gained 29.40 points, or 0.7%, to 4,405, according to preliminary closing data from FactSet. It finished 0.8% higher on the week, snapping a three-week losing streak.
