Only a handful of UK players have won more than £100m in a EuroMillions jackpot, with the latest being the 18th to do so
A UK ticket-holder has come forward to stake their claim for the £111.7m jackpot prize in Friday's EuroMillions draw.
If they are confirmed to have won, the lucky individual will find themselves wealthier than footballer Harry Kane , actor Daniel Radcliffe and singer Dua Lipa , according to the Sunday Times Rich List. Camelot UK Lotteries Limited, operator of The National Lottery, said it has received a claim for the top prize won by a single UK ticket-holder.The claim will go through the process of validation, and subject to that the prize will then be paid at an appointment with a Camelot adviser.
Once the ticket has been validated and paid, the ticket-holder will then decide whether or not to go public and share their news.
