The UK has imposed sanctions on several named officials in annexed Ukrainian regions of Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Donetsk, and Crimea. It came as thousands attended a concert to Moscow's Red Square to mark the annexations - ahead of what Vladimir Putin has called 'reunification day'.
