09:36:17The Russian retreat from Kherson, announced earlier this week, does not change the region's status, the Kremlin has said.The move followed a series of referendums described by Kyiv and the West as illegal and coercive.
Andriy Kostin, who is intending to establish a special international tribunal, is demanding war reparations via the confiscation of Russian assets.Asked about the trouble the war is causing around the world, and not only in Ukraine, Mr Kostin said:"People are suffering because of aggression of Putin into Ukraine.
