Residential buildings and infrastructure are among those hit causing power cuts, officials say.
Russia has carried out a series of missile strikes across Ukraine, hitting residential buildings and infrastructure in Kharkiv and Odesa, Ukrainian officials say.A mass missile attack struck an energy facility in the port city of Odesa, triggering power cuts, its governor Maksym Marchenko said.
"The enemy made about 15 strikes on the city and region. The occupiers once again target critical infrastructure facilities," Oleg Synegubov, head of Kharkiv's regional administration, said on social media.More strikes were reported in the eastern Ukrainian city of Dnipro and other regions across the country.
