Un pickup chez Audi ?
L’industrie automobile nous donne toujours droit à toutes sortes de rumeurs. Elles sont parfois fondées, parfois farfelues, et parfois floues. C’est un peu le cas de la nouvelle rapportée par plusieurs sites concernant la venue possible d’une camionnette chez Audi.
En fait, le tout est parti d’une question posée par un journaliste au chef de la direction d’Audi, Markus Duesmann, lors d’une rencontre à laquelle participaient d’autres dirigeants de marques du groupe Volkswagen. Ladite question semblait être une blague, mais la réponse a laissé place à l’interprétation.
Le dirigeant a ensuite ajouté une phrase ambiguë : « En fait, nous allons présenter, dans un avenir plutôt rapproché, peut-être quelque chose. » Peut-être quelque chose ; vous avez bien lu !Il ne s’agit bien sûr pas d’un aveu, mais c’est loin d’être un démenti. Le grand patron de Bentley a été plus clair, lui, en disant qu’il n’en voudrait pas dans sa famille.
