Dee Lalli was slapped with the fixed penalty notice after crossing a bus lane to reach the pub after a funeral service.
An undertaker has won her fight against Glasgow City Council after appealing against a fine she received for dropping a grieving family off outside a pub, in the pouring rain.
Managing director Dee Lalli previously told Glasgow Live that the limousine was taking a bereaved family to the Argyle Street venue for the wake but ended up driving through the bus lane in order to drop the family off in front of the venue as it was “lashing” down with rain. The appeal process took two months of going back and forth but Dee has won and won't have to pay the £60 fine.
Dee admits she felt "saddened" after receiving the fine but says she'd do it again for her grief-stricken families.
