Unions will protest outside the City Chambers as councillors meet to set Glasgow’s budget.
They have called on politicians to join them and refuse to vote on a budget that will mean cuts to public services in the city.
“Over the past decade around £500million of the £2Billion cuts across Scotland’s council have fallen on Glasgow. He added: “Any politician eager to engage in battle around the future leader of the SNP, must first have an answer to the questions around local government funding and that starts in Glasgow.
