The A609 Ilkeston Road, A609 Nottingham Road and A6007 Stapleford Road have closed where they meet the Festival Inn at Trowell. According to Derbyshire Police, the roads will 'be closed for some time' and motorists are being urged to avoid the area. Travel monitoring website Inrix has confirmed a police incident has closed the roads are closed in both directions.
