Paige may have been wearing a black hijab and glasses
An urgent appeal has been launched to help find a missing teenager who was last seen catching a train to Manchester. Paige, 14, whose surname was not disclosed by police, has been missing since Saturday .
The teenager, from Cheshire, is thought to have boarded a train in Congleton to Manchester at around 12.09pm. She is now believed to be in and around the city centre area. Paige is described as a 14-year-old female, around 5ft 4ins tall, with long blonde hair. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie with a white hood, black leggings, a black coat with white lining and a black leather backpack with gold chain straps and embroidered butterflies on.Greater Manchester Police say she may be wearing a black hijab and glasses as they shared a photo of Paige as part of the public appeal.
A post shared by the force read: "Have you seen Paige from Cheshire? Paige was last seen at Congleton train station boarding a train to Manchester at 12:09pm on Saturday 16 March 2024. She is now believed to be in and around the city centre area." Anyone with any information about her whereabouts is urged to contact police on 0161 856 5850 or 101. In an emergency, always dial 999.
