Lee Barr has links to Leyland, Blackburn, Darwen, Blackpool and Fleetwood
Police have issued an urgent 'do not approach' warning over a wanted man who is 'actively evading the authorities'.
Anyone who spots him is instead being urged to call 999. Barr is described as 5ft 4ins tall with a slim build, blue eyes and tattoos on his neck.He has links to Leyland, Blackburn, Darwen, Blackpool and Fleetwood. Officers are now appealing for the publci's help to track him down.
