Mark Elston's family are 'concerned' for his welfare after he vanished on Tuesday, September 12.
Officers say Mark Elston was last seen on the morning of Tuesday, September, 12 when he left Kenneth Street in Stornoway. The following day, Wednesday, September, 13 Mark contacted one of his friends at around 2pm and arranged to meet up.
Mark was driving a blue Volvo C70 convertible car. He is described as around 6 feet tall, of medium build, with long dark hair and a beard.
