THE UNIVERSITY of the West Indies has signed a multi-million-dollar loan agreement with Saudi Arabia to expand one of its campuses.
“It is a joy we are doing this at a time when by all indicators, by all assessments and reviews the reputation of the University of the West Indies has never been higher,” he said at the signing agreement. The Five Islands campus is the newest of five general UWI campuses across the region and offers 20 programmes in Science, Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Business and Management, Humanities and Education, Health and Behavioural Sciences.
