When the fight was agreed, the pair signed up for additional VADA drugs testing, on top of standard UKAD testing.
This has become standard procedure for AJ fights, and happens often for the most high profile bouts in boxing. Following the conclusion of the event and returning of all post-fight test results, VADA have now announced their findings.VADA tweeted: “Congratulations to @JermaineFrankl6 @anthonyjoshua for successfully completing @Vada_Testing through their April 1, 2023 bout.”There has been no confirmation of result of their UKAD tests as these are always kept confidential.
