Officials say a family of four has been displaced as a result.
"I just had made it home, sat on the couch, and in the exact spot where the car ended up," said Fuentes."It ruined a lot of things in the apartment. It was very scary," added Fuentes.Chandler police say impairment might be a factor."Right now, hopefully, they can help me with that to see where we can go, so we can go rest," said Fuentes.The person who owns the apartment building says he's working with insurance agents to get the family the help they need.
