Vicky conceded that she had been "trying to write the post for ages" but was being stopped by her brain telling her that people would laugh at her or that she wasn't good enough.
She added people should "do something that brings them joy" in order to get out of their head – whether it be exercise, reading a book, or watching their favourite show – and soon they will begin to feel a little bit better. Her message was applauded by her fans, with many agreeing they felt the exact same way at times as they tried to juggle everything life threw at them.
Lisa Snowdon added: "Oh honey. I’m sorry. Be kind to yourself, go slowly. Do things that make you happy.", recently revealed her hopes to take on a new reality show in the shape of Celebrity Bake Off.
