Goshen Local Schools Board of Education President John Gray resigned after the video was posted online by a child predator sting group, but no charges have been filed.
it is investigating “an incident,” but would provide no other details.
The video shows Gray being handcuffed by authorities, but the handcuffs are later removed, the Enquirer reports. There currently are no charges filed against Gray.
