Ryan Pedon says Jamari Wheeler will be a game-time decision on Sunday, and that Ohio State 'better be prepared for battle and for war' against Purdue.
The Ohio State assistant coach said the upcoming matchup between the 16th-ranked Buckeyes and No. 6 Purdue, which tips off at noon on CBS, may very well be won or lost on the glass in West Lafayette.
"When you play Purdue, you better be prepared for battle and for war," Pedon said on a Zoom call with the media Saturday. Pedon also said Ohio State point guard Jamari Wheeler, who missed Thursday's matchup with a foot injury, will be a game-time decision for the Buckeyes on Sunday, although the team is hopeful that he'll be able to play.
