Dandre L. McDaniels Jr. is charged in the Aug. 17 killing of Jamyra C. Odom.
on Aug. 17 was seen on surveillance video involved in a two-minute altercation with a man before she was found dead, according to details contained in court documents.
McDaniels allegedly stabbed Odom multiple times, then struck her with his vehicle as he drove off. Police said they believe McDaniels and Odom knew each other prior to this incident. “The victim and the suspect engaged in an altercation for approximately 2 minutes,” police wrote in the affidavit of probable cause filed with the charges against McDaniels.
