A man wearing a soccer jersey was spotted brutally attacking a dog in an Anaheim apartment hallway. Now, neighbors are hoping they find the man.
The video is disturbing. A dog seemingly trying to get out the door of a hallway at the Gateway complex inis approached by a man who tried to corral the fleeing animal, hitting it as he takes it away.
The Ring camera footage was posted by residents in the building, who were angry about what happened, going on to say that the man was "pacing by the elevator angry and was asked to move his car that was randomly parked by it."[WARNING: The video is not suitable for all viewers.
