Aside from her busy work and family life, Vogue always makes time to train and frequently shares her workouts with her followers to help them target specific areas. She also incorporates one day of barbell training into her routine each week as she shared a clip practicing weighted back squats and glute raises with the barbell.
'He wouldn't wake up in the morning and drink, but I'd know where he was at five o'clock at night, he'd always be in the pub every single day without fail.' She confessed: 'He was watching me working and I was kind of getting really cool jobs and doing better things and he was just kind of not being very productive.'
While talking about Spencer appearing on another podcast, the star revealed that he once admitted 'Vogue and I used to binge drink three times a week.' To which Vogue laughed and confessed: 'He did the podcast and he was like 'yeah Vogue and I used to binge drink three times a week', I was like I never binge drink three times a week, it makes me sound so bad.'
'It would be very difficult for him to have achieved anything had he kept up that level of drinking.' Speaking on The Mail's Everything I Know About Me podcast, Spencer admitted of his past behaviour: 'There was a certainty that I would lose Vogue if I carried on drinking the way I was drinking.' Spencer explained though that while Vogue would 'binge drink every few days and drink to get drunk' he would carry on 'and it was every day.'
'There was a general level of disappointment in her about me. Which felt s**t, right, because I've always wanted people who are close to me to be proud of me,' he added.
