For the first time since season 10, episode 16, Luke and Jules returned on screen to fill in Aaron's gang on what's actually been going on in Oceanside.decided to finish what Lance started and seize control. When the attack began, Oceanside's leader, Rachel, told Luke and Jules to run, so they don't even know what's happened to their former home since., it's safe to assume that Oceanside has now been converted into another Commonwealth outpost like Alexandria.
