Watch First 10 Minutes of BlackAdam as Movie Gets Digital Release
, which currently holds a worldwide gross of over $360 million at the box office. It is now available for streaming on all VOD platforms.
The 10-minute clip teases the titular anti-hero’s origin story, which involves a courageous boy’s desire to free his people from slavery. This leads him to become the champion of the Council of Wizards, which bestow the powers of Shazam to him. The video also introduces Bodhi Sabongui’s Amon Tomaz and Sarah Shahi’s Adrianna Tomaz.
Based on the DC Comics character created by Otto Binder and C.C. Beck, the film is directed by Jaume Collet-Serra from a screenplay written by Rory Haines and Sohrab Noshiryani. Producers are Johnson, Dany Garcia, and Hiram Garcia of Seven Bucks Productions along with FlynnPicturesCo’s Beau Flynn, with Scott Sheldon overseeing the project for FlynnPictureCo.
