A Georgia high school coach was suspended after a physical confrontation with a student allegedly armed with a gun — and now he's considering legal action.
According to local reporting from Fox 5 Atlanta, Tri-Cities High School Coach Kenneth Miller was in an Aug. 20 confrontation with a female student. The unnamed student is alleged to have brought a gun to school. According to the report, she knocked Miller's phone to the ground, and then things became physical.Miller grabbed the girl, reportedly fearing for his safety. Officials said they later found a loaded gun with her belongings.
However, his attorneys reportedly said that a GaPSC investigation said Miller's conduct"presented no violations of law and should be dismissed immediately and expunged."
