The four-man band dropped the five-track EP Friday . Along with the aforementioned Motown-flavored shuffle beat number, the EP features the title track, "to the moon" -- currently airing as the theme of, a drama series about solo camping -- "Honey Pie" and "Sweet Melodies," which frontman Kengo Kakudate recorded at home after the passing of a typhoon.
The project also includes a remix of "to the moon" by Sen Morimoto, the Chicago-based multi-instrumentalist whose self-produced "Cannonball" music video took off onThe band hooked up with the young visual artist Pennacky once again for the "Ashita tenki ni nare" video, following their collaboration on the visuals for "Bluemin' Days," off the band's third EP,The video shot on 16-millimeter film adds a distinctively analog charm to the footage as it...
