We can still achieve Scottish independence without Nicola Sturgeon 💬 via ipaperviews
Nicola Sturgeon is an outstanding politician – probably the most outstanding I’ve dealt with, across many prime ministers and first ministers. But while I did not expect her to resign, listening to her reasoning, I think her analysis is right for the independence movement.
The SNP is holding a special conference soon to make a very big decision on how the campaign for independence goes forward in the next few years – and if Nicola had gone into that special conference as leader, she would be committing to delivering the strategy for the next two or three years.
