There are few names in Scottish hospitality that produce as much excitement as Nico Simeone and his latest venture has proven to be one of his most impressive yet.
So ahead of the grand opening, I took a trip over to the West End to see if the new cocktail bar lived up to the hype, and try the six-course cocktail tasting experience. I couldn't believe just how good the small plates and drinks were, with it difficult to actually pick a favourite. The first round was 'Welcome to Oz' and was one of the best.
