Officer is to face misconduct hearing in relation to his alleged behaviour towards a colleague
PC David Spencer of West Yorkshire Police is alleged to have given a colleague unwanted attention in various ways "amounting to pestering, including engaging in unwanted conduct of a sexual nature", according to the Force.
West Yorkshire Police has published brief details of the forthcoming misconduct hearing due to take place at Force HQ in Wakefield on January 6, 2025.
