Weston McKennie is being linked with a potential transfer to Everton this summer but the USA international’s only game at Goodison Park to date saw him and Abdoulaye Doucoure threaten to kill each other.
With Everton potentially cashing in on Amadou Onana in the upcoming transfer window plus Andre Gomes and Dele Alli’s contracts expiring, Sean Dyche is on the lookout for reinforcements in the centre of the park and the ECHO understands there is interest in taking Manchester City’s Kalvin Phillips on loan.
