Cleveland Browns vs. Carolina Panthers, September 11, 2022CLEVELAND, Ohio — Cade York’s 58-yard field goal with eight seconds left erased a Carolina comeback and gave the Browns a 26-24 win vs. Baker Mayfield and the Panthers on Sunday.
The Browns had a 20-7 lead in the fourth quarter before falling behind, 24-23, on an Eddy Pineiro 36-yard field goal with 1:13 left. Jacoby Brissett got the Browns in position for York to win them the game in the final seconds. Nick Chubb had a big game with 147 yards rushing, and Kareem Hunt found the end zone twice. Mayfield shook off some poor play in the first three quarters of the game to throw for 235 yards and a touchdown pass.
