In honor of ‘The Big Bang Theory’s’ 15th anniversary, Kaley Cuoco and Johnny Galecki reunited to talk candidly, sometimes tearfully—and in great detail for the first time—about their love story offscreen and on.
The dream sequence where Leonard was holding Penny in the elevator shaft is captured in a photograph of the pair on Penny’s refrigerator. But as executive producer Steve Molaro points out, that picture could technically never exist.It makes me crazy because technically that photo was from the fantasy sequence, so it shouldn’t be a real photo on her refrigerator.
As season one was coming to an end, Cuoco’s crush on Galecki remained just that—a crush. While the four guys often hung out outside of the show, she did not. As the youngest in the group, she was off doing her own thing— or at least the guys thought she was.
