The walk features a number of wicker animals and ends with a 40ft sculpture of a bumblebee
And just an hour's drive from Liverpool there's a place that will allow you to do both - Snugburys. Based in Park Farm, in Nantwich, Cheshire, Snugburys has been making and serving its own ice cream for 37 years.
Ice cream is not the only thing the family run farm has to offer, it's also famous for its giant straw sculptures which can be seen from the A41. The current giant sculpture is a huge bumblebee, which stands at 40ft tall, but others have included a Dalek, Peter Rabbit and a 36foot tall Meerkat.As summer starts to move into autumn, there's currently a sea of wildflowers filling the field next to the ice cream shop.
The path winds though the sea of flowers, ending at the giant bumblebee, before you take the path back to the shop where you can tuck into a delicious, home made ice cream. With more than 28 flavours to choose from, you can tuck into classics like chocolate, vanilla and mint choc chip, or indulge with cherry blizzard, sea salt caramel and caramel pecan.
Snugburys Nantwich is open from 10am to 6pm, and there is also a drive through if you're running short on time.
