Former Kings Langley boss Chris Winton says he did not take the decision to quit the club lightly but felt the opportunity to join the coaching staff at Slough Town was"too good to turn down".
The former St Albans City assistant manager was appointed Kings boss, initially on an interim basis, following the resignation of Chris Cummins in November. “With that in mind the club were delighted to announce that, last month, Chris agreed that he would stay on as manager for the 2023/24 season. “In this instance the timing and consequence is particularly challenging for the club but we nevertheless wish Chris all the very best in his new venture.
