Real estate transactions: Wolfies Swim School to open Spring Branch location
Wolfies Swim School is planning to open a second location in Spring Branch. The Bellaire location, pictured, opened in 2017.signed a 16,300-square-foot sublease in Town Centre I, at 750 Town & Country Blvd. Jon Silberman, John Zivley and Pierce Beyer of Partners Real Estate represented the tenant. Collin Roach of Avison Young represented the sublandlord, Altus Group U.S.
RBN Energy leased 4,300 square feet at 3900 Essex Lane, suite 950, in the River Oaks area. Kim Shapiro of Avison Young represented the landlord, Accesso Partners. John Buckley and William Alcorn of Finial Group represented the tenant.has selected CBRE to handle leasing at 2900 Weslayan, a 137,000-square-foot office building between Greenway Plaza and River Oaks.
