Woman charged in killing of Houston pro bull rider Demetrius Allen
Allen was visiting Salt Lake City to compete at the Utah State Fair. He was staying with Bagley, with whom he had been involved in an on-again, off-again relationship, according to the release.
Responding police officers found the victim outside Bagley’s apartment with a gunshot wound from a handgun and also found multiple bullet holes around the apartment.In court documents seeking that Bagley be held without bail after her initial arrest, Salt Lake City police wrote, “the impulsiveness of the defendant’s actions and her wiliness to fire a handgun at unarmed persons whom she knew and was friends with at the time, demonstrates that she is a danger to the community.
Members of the Southern District of Texas U.S. Marshals Service made Friday's arrest of Bagley in a parking lot in Rosharon, said Alfredo Perez, public information office for the U.S. Marshals Service.
