Police said they were called to the Leicester city centre store on Wednesday at 9am after a woman was injured in an "incident". The car park was closed off as officers dealt with the incident - while a closure was also put in place on the pedestrian footbridge over the inner ring road.
A spokesperson for the Highcross shopping centre in Leicester said the car park would remain shut until further notice. They said: "Leicestershire emergency services were called to the centre this morning in response to an incident.
