'I personally think the driver deliberately ran over the female and made sure the back wheel went over too.'
Terri Sinclair, 33, drove at Charmaine Currie in her courtesy Ford Fiesta in Glasgow's Royston in February 2021.Sinclair denied deliberately driving at the 37-year-old, claiming she had fallen under the wheels having"edged" her motor slowly forward.
She claimed never to have spoken to the victim before with the first contact via Facebook around the time of the attack. She later learned Charmaine was going to the police and had also warned she would speak to Sinclair's grandparents. But, in a rage, she stormed up to Charmaine's street on February 23, 2021.
But, prosecutors stated Sinclair went at the victim in her Ford, knocked her to the ground before repeatedly driving over her body.
