The video was shared on Twitter by a user who said it was captured in a predominantly Black and Latino neighborhood along the border of Daly City and San Francisco, California.
"Have a nice day, God bless you... God bless you," the man says as he walks away from her while she continues her tirade.
In follow-up tweets, @milkteamamacita said she and her boyfriend assume the woman in the video lives in his apartment complex because"he's seen her multiple times being loud with people on the street." She didn't identify the woman, but added:"After this video got attention many people in the area also know this woman for behaving this way."
She also said they had tried to report the incident to the Daly City Police Department as well as the San Francisco Police Department, but hadn't got anywhere with either.The Twitter user and both police departments have been contacted for comment.
