A time-saving genius has shared a little trick that will have you cooking the perfect jacket potatoes in just five minutes thanks to some preparation at the beginning of the week.
If you work from home or in the office, grabbing a quick and cheap lunch can be a challenge. The thought of painstakingly waiting on a baked potato to cook in the oven can be unappealing, especially if you don't have an hour to kill.
All you have to do is cook the potatoes at the beginning of the week, leave them to cool down and stick them in bags in your freezer until you need them. The TikToker showed this step-by-step in her video as she said: "I bet you didn't know that you could freeze cooked jacket potatoes. This is my favourite money-saving lunchtime hack.
"Freeze them at the start of the week and then everyday just pop them in the microwave for five minutes - and you've got a really easy cheap lunch." The woman posted the video to her 5,200 followers and garnered a whopping 57.4K views on this nifty trick.
